The iRCC Employee Intranet is a Microsoft Sharepoint site where you can:

• Find policies, employee forms, committee meeting minutes, and past issues of the monthly Squall Street Journal
• Access the Syllabi Center and Course Content Summaries
• View an internal calendar of important dates
• Download RCC logos and Zoom backgrounds
• Request assistance from the facilities team

The myRCC site provides Virginia Community College System applications for employees to access payroll, benefits, and instruction and advising tools including:

• HR PeopleSoft (payroll and leave requests) Tip: Go to “My Time” to view leave balances and submit leave requests. 

• Cardinal (benefits and pay structure) Tip: Choose “Human Capital Management” after logging in.

• Canvas (instruction)

• EAB Navigate (advising)

• ChromeRiver (travel reimbursement)

• Library Quick Search

• TimelyCare (mental well-being counseling with flexible features)

Guidelines for Faculty and Adjuncts Submitting Exams to the Testing Center

Academic (ACAD) testing forms are used to submit exam information to the Testing Center. The forms are available to adjunct, full-time faculty, and staff in the iRCC Employee Intranet and linked below. Complete the appropriate form with specific instructions for each testing request and submit to testing@rappahannock.edu. In addition, notify students to make an appointment with the Testing Center.

ACAD-11: Record testing directions and responsibilities for regular exams.
ACAD-10: Make-up exams.
